Anime Character Model Progress Vid 1
http://www.epitaphttc.com/forum We're a group of .hack enthusiasts making an in-depth MMORPG based on 'The World'. This is the first short video progress of our base anime model being modeled and textured up. The model and texture is made by Leem. The skin you see here being worked on is one of many you can choose from (this one being the muscle toned skin). The skin hue will also be able to be changed in character creation from light to dark skin. The base you see here is the default male human base model. All body aspects including mouth, nose, eyes, ears, chin, height, weight, and others will be able to be changed in character creation. The eyes are separate models and not textures which allows you to change their shape. The fingers are separated and not clumped. It is a low poly model that extends to around 1770 polys. ------------------- ×Warning× ------------------- [RSMV] - Bullet For My Valentine - Waking The Demon was filmed using the game Runescape, an MMORPG by Jagex LTD. It's not my intention for this to be a common result. Thank you. ---------------------------------- ×Behind The Scenes× ---------------------------------- Hey YouTube, Chris 1510 and the rest of Guardian Angel Entertainment here with a brand new Runescape Music Video for the song "Waking The Demon" by Bullet For My Valentine. As this song does deal with unleashing revenge, I tried to portray the anger and rage with the screen shaking effect when the lead singer is screaming. Also, since this video is based on the darker side of humanity, I tried to do the Guitar solos in dark places on Runescape, such as Bounty Hunter, Clan Wars, KBD Lair, and the Wilderness Volcano. I didn't want to over-edit too much on this video, but in some parts, the editing is almost necessary to fit the song. -------------- ×Story× -------------- Waking the Demon is about the rage that gets built up inside of someone when they are bullied or in a similar position. Matt opens the song screaming "Helpless" which sybolizes that no one really cares that the person is being bullied. "Don't try to stop me from avenging this world" probably means that the time is coming where he is going to unleash his rage on the bully, and "No voice to be heard" falls in after that to say that when his revenge gets unleashed, no one will know what exactly happened, or expect that person to strike back. The chorus emphasizes that the bully is just adding on to the rage, and soon it will be released, leaving them with no where to run, no where to hide, and vulnerable for payback, "Your body's weakening, walk to the light". The end of the song is one of the most powerful parts of the song. Matt ends the song with a hook saying "Don't wake me from this slumber" which most likely refers to the built up rage, and if it is awaken, nothing in it's path can stop it. Quick movie I gathered by using fan made concept pictures and comparing them to official DIABLO III screenshots. I haven't done any of the concept pictures, ALL pictures were found from Diablo 3 petition site. WHAT WE GOT IN DIABLO III: - Cartoon'ish art direction, obviously influenced by the Warcraft universe, Diablo isnt Warcraft. - Hand made, pastel looking textures with bold lines, defined contours, smooth colors and clean shapes. - Dungeons with a blue/green environment lighting, technique used in cartoons to depict a dark, creepy and scary feeling but once again, this is Diablo, a mature game, dungeons should have a dark aura with the occasional lights from candles, just like we got in the previews Diablo's. - Character models defined by cartoon characteristics like over-sized and exaggerated parts, vivid colors and unrealistic elements, almost directly taken away from World of Warcraft and pasted to Diablo. - Outside scenarios with vivid colors, beautiful forests with colorful vegetation, shinny and beautiful waterfalls where even rainbows take place. - Cartoon'ish and unrealistic weaponry and armory, over-sized and stylish armors, over-sized weapons, items that look pasted directly from World of Warcraft. - Blocky, cartoon'ish graphic elements like big, over-sized fire braziers in dungeons, heavily influenced by the World of Warcraft art style, over-sized and cartoon'ish scenario decorations like smiling statues, Warcraft styled architecture and decorations.
